I’m a 21-year-old J.D. student at Georgetown Law who builds companies. Before law school I worked plaintiff-side litigation, ran a cross-border import business, built payment controls for Nikon in Singapore, interned in Al Jazeera’s newsroom, and had been shipping software since I was fifteen.

Here’s what I’ve actually done as a founder: filed incorporation documents and stock purchase agreements, negotiated contracts with co-founders and investors, and managed a team of up to five people, including software developers, investors, and technical and non-technical co-founders.

I’ve developed products that automate workflows in patent prosecution, personal injury and civil litigation more broadly, securities financing, fundraising, business acquisition, private equity, and more.
